On March 26th 2012, Filming is due to start on the Arctic Rabbit Pictures project: Tell No Tales. After 18 months of development and pre-production, the movie is finally ready to shoot.
Tell No Tales is set to star Dexter’s Desmond Harrington (next rumored to be seen in theatres in The Dark Knight Rises), as the charismatic and tormented, Christopher De Luca who uses his friendship with mobster, Joey Calbroni (Dominic Purcell : Killer Elite, Blade Trinity, Prison Break), to get work with a local crime family after the murder of his wife and daughter.
Tell No Tales is a story of friendship and deception that follows Christopher into the seedy, Mediterranean underworld as he works his way deeper into the Giardino crime family, slowly climbing the ladder. Now he must struggle to gain the trust of his new employers, whilst keeping a watchful eye on those people closest to him and at the same time, protect his own dark secrets.
The film is to be helmed by first time writer/director, Adam Del Giudice with Hollywood action legend, Vic Armstrong (Indiana Jones, James Bond, Mission Impossible, The Mummy) leading the Second unit.
Adam is a relative newcomer to the film industry but already has multiple scripts such as Tell No Tales, Resting Place and Madhouse causing a stir, with big name actors showing serious interest. This is not one to miss.
Jack always seems to make the name of a good villain, or at least an unlikable rascal, as is the case of Gossip Girl’s Uncle Jack (Desmond Harrington). If you can remember all the way back to the last couple of seasons, Uncle Jack is the devious relative who tried to become of Chuck Bass’s (Ed Westwick) guardian after Chuck’s father died in a car crash. It was all in the attempt to take over control of Bass Industries, and it ultimately failed. We haven’t seen much of Uncle Jack in Season 5; however, that is all about to change.
Gossip Girl executive producer Josh Safron has stated that Desmond Harrington has scored another go as the devious Jack on a few upcoming episodes of the hit CW program. According to TV Line, Harrington will be back for the last third of the season. Quite shockingly, his tenure will not be marked by scheming, as Saffron has been quick to state Chuck and his Uncle will be on good terms.
That’s a pretty big shocker, one that is perhaps not as strange as the fact Uncle Jack’s upcoming storyline is expected to be comedic. Saffron spoke out more about Harrington’s particular role in the later part of the season:
It’s really twisty and comic. And there might be some secrets that Jack will help Chuck to uncover.
Gossip Girl has always been viciously humorous, but with Chuck and Jack getting along, I honestly have no idea what to expect. However, if there is a little mystery to get into, that’s enough of a plot pull to get me interested. Are you excited about Jack’s return? Sound off in the comments below.

An extra that was at the filming of the Queensboro bridge scene this past weekend came across the actor, Desmond Harrington. He plays Det. Joseph Quinn. on Showtime’s popular television show Dexter. He didn’t reveal any other information on the filming, but to say that Desmond was dressed in a Gotham State police officer uniform.
While one of the few eye witnesses of the filming on the bridge tweeted that he saw a scene being filmed over and over again that school children rushing into a school bus. By the way if I was a guessing man, which I am, I’d assume that this scene has something to do with Joseph Gordon Levitt’s character. He was scene in Pittsburgh filming scenes ushering children onto a yellow school bus.
One thing I will say…I had no idea that Quinn from Dexter was in the movie. I get up to the bridge and there he is just hanging out as a Gotham State Trooper – looked right at me as suddenly i’m like “holy f*** it’s Quinn” (not audibly).
